Tasks without a day or a project wait in the Inbox. Swipe one to give it a date, or tap Plan and go through them one at a time.

Tasks and habits line up by time, and the task you're working on shows its timer. Tap a day in the week to see what's coming.

Didn't get to everything? Replan the day.

Tap Replan on the Agenda to go through the day's unfinished tasks one at a time. Move each to tomorrow, pick another day, or archive it.

Projects

Keep bigger things together in a project.

Add a project right on the map. Its page holds the deadline, notes and subprojects, and shows how far each part has come.

Notes

Write notes on anything, even a day.

Every task, project, habit and day has room for notes. Use headings, bold and lists, and link to other tasks and projects.

See all your Spaces, projects and tasks on one map.

Spaces hold projects and projects hold tasks, each drawn as a node. Zoom in to read the names, and drag anything where you want it.

Habits

Keep your habits and see how they're going.

Tap a habit to record it, or Record all for the day. Switch views to see the week, a list, or the whole year.

Routines

Turn a routine into a habit with steps.

Give a habit steps, like a morning routine, and tick them off as you go. They clear each new day, and Record today ticks them all.

The Focus timer

Track the time you spend on each task.

Start a task and the timer runs, with its notes and steps underneath. It checks in now and then to ask if you're still on it. You can also run a timer without a task.

Reminders

A reminder rings until you stop it.

It shows up on any screen and lights up the task on the map. Stop it or snooze it, and see everything coming up on the Reminders page.

Started

Pick up where you left off.

Started shows what's running and what you've paused, with the note you left on each one.

The Outline

Prefer a list? Use the Outline.

It has the same Spaces, projects and tasks as the map, in a list you can fold, search and tick off.

History, backups and settings live in the You tab.

History shows how far every project has come. Nokta backs up your data on your phone every day, and you can restore or import a backup.

Make it yours

Customise every node with different shapes, colours and materials. Make it your own.

The free app gives every node four shapes, four colours and Mineral wash. Nokta+ expands that to 46 shapes, 48 colours and 7 materials. If you cancel, your nodes keep their looks. Set one back to a free look, and you'll need Nokta+ to give it a Nokta+ look again.

Shapes and colours

Change the shape and colour of any node.

Open Appearance on any node and pick a shape and a colour. It changes everywhere that node appears.

Materials

Give a node a material, like pearl, aurora or glass.

There are seven: Mineral wash, Pearl, Aurora, Ombre, Glass, Mesh and Metal. Mineral wash is free, and the rest come with Nokta+.

Common questions.

Can I use it as a plain to-do list?

Yes. Keep everything in the Inbox, tick things off, and never open the map. The Outline shows the same list top to bottom.

Is the map part of Nokta+?

No. The map, the Outline, the Agenda, Habits, the Focus timer and Reminders are all free. Nokta+ removes the limits on projects, habits, Spaces and reminders, unlocks your whole History, and unlocks every shape, colour and material.

What happens if I cancel Nokta+?

Nothing is deleted. Every project, habit, Space and reminder stays, and every node keeps the shape, colour and material you gave it. The free limits come back for anything new. Put a node back to a free shape or colour, or reset it, and the Nokta+ look can't be picked again without Nokta+.

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your workspace lives on your phone, backs itself up there every day, and you can restore or import a backup yourself.

Do the launch prices end?

Yes. The yearly and lifetime plans are on launch prices for now and go to $24.99 a year and $39.99 once later. Anyone who buys at a launch price keeps it.

Is there a Mac or Android version?

Not yet. Nokta 1.0 is for iPhone.
